3-day go bag

National, with limits

3

days

Read thisA grab bag, not a home reserve. We read the wording through government news outlets and a procurement document, because the civil defence and disaster council sites could not be opened.

The Office of Civil Defense promotes a Go Bag with ready-to-eat food and bottled water for three days. A government procurement document says three days, or 72 hours, is what the national disaster council recommends. We found no whole-home figure.
