South Korea's August 2026 national guide says to keep emergency supplies at home for the early stage of an emergency, at least three days to one month, and lists 30 days of food and water. A separate 2 to 3 day bag is for going to a shelter.
Emergency supplies are items to keep at home so that you can survive with as little disruption as possible in the early stage of an emergency (minimum 3 days to 1 month). Food and water: rice, instant noodles, canned food, drinking water and so on, 30 days' worth.
