At least 72 hours (stated goal)

days
Read thisThe 72-hour line is one sentence in a news item describing the Directorate's planned work. We found no booklet setting out supplies for it. The two-day figure is a different measure, for an evacuation kit, so this is not a raise.
Croatia's Civil Protection Directorate said in October 2026 that part of its work will focus on households being ready for at least 72 hours without regular supply and services. Its separate evacuation kit guidance says at least two days of water and food.
“Zato će dio aktivnosti Ravnateljstva biti usmjeren na pripremljenost kućanstava za najmanje 72 sata bez redovite opskrbe i usluga.”
Part of the Directorate's activities will therefore focus on households being prepared for at least 72 hours without regular supply and services.
